Sports Team Challenges
THE PE4K offers sports clubs tailored fitness, strength and conditioning classes. Whether your players need to increase their general fitness or need the strength to boost their performance our coaches will tailor weekly classes and 10-12 week challenges to push the team to achieve their PE4K this season.
