Built by people who believe transformation should feel personal.

More than just a place to train

THE PE4K is being shaped by husband and wife team Adam and Chelcie Jeffery — with a vision to create a place where training, recovery, coaching, and community come together under one roof. What started as a gym opportunity became something much bigger: a movement built around belonging, leadership, and real life change.

We believe most facilities only scratch the surface.
They offer equipment, but not direction.
Access, but not support.

Our approach is for more than elite performers.
It is for the parent rebuilding confidence, the professional needing structure, the athlete chasing performance, and the everyday person ready to step into their next chapter.

At THE PE4K, we are building an environment that helps people train with purpose, restore with intention, and create sustainable momentum in every area of life.

Meet Adam

Adam, our Head Coach, has over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry, working across coaching, personal training, and business operations, along with a background in sales. He built THE PE4K from the ground up, creating a training environment that wasn’t available in the area.

As Head Coach, he works across day-to-day coaching, programming, and general operations, with a focus on helping members train consistently, improve their fitness, and work towards their individual goals.
